Please feel free to get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns regarding any of our e-Bike and e-Scooter products.  All of our parts, service and warranties are handled in New Zealand. 

Warranty:  we extend a warranty on the following items:-  

 Forks and Frame:- guarantee for 6-months after purchase    

 Electronic components:- guarantee for 18-months after purchase

These warranties only cover manufacturers malfunction of components and do not cover wear and tear, nor damage caused by rider being involved in an accident nor the electric bicycle being stolen and damaged by any third party. Warranty covers parts only and does not include labour content with any repairs or servicing. Nor does it cover any modifications to the e-Bike undertaken following purchase.  

For e-Scooters

Warranty: we extend a manufacturer's warranty on the following basis.

Electronic components - 12-months from purchase

Warranty covers parts only and does not include labour content with any repairs or servicing. Nor does it cover any modifications to the e-Scooter undertaken following purchase. Any warranty claims must be approved by importer.
